Wates among winners on £250m framework

Wates Property Services has been named on a £250m building repairs framework.

Equans Regeneration and United Living are also among the 97 suppliers who won spots on the framework managed by the framework provider Fusion21.

Wates, Equans and United Living have all landed places on three lots – those covering responsive and empty property repairs, residential property repair and improvement works to empty properties.

The national framework will start next month and run for four years until September 2026. Jobs available range from site clearance and building construction to refurbishment, repairs and security services.

The Reactive Repairs & Empty Buildings Framework is divided into five lots based on the nature of work.

Firms on Lot 1 will be tendered for responsive repairs and empty property repairs, while Lot 2 deals with improvement works to empty properties.

Public sector bodies can procure for security related work through Lot 3, work on residential properties in disrepair with Lot 4 and contact centre services with Lot 5.

These projects can be anywhere in the UK.

Recently, Fusion21 named Wates, Kier and Bam Construction among winners on its £750m building decarbonisation framework. Last year, the framework provider chose 175 firms for its £880m building safety framework.

The full list of winning companies can be seen in the contract notice.
