High Speed 1 Ltd is tendering for work worth up to £25m around its stations, involving major and minor construction.
The Works Framework will run over five years and be extendible for a further two years. The first year will include projects of a smaller scale.
The 109km rail line runs from St Pancras International station in London to the Channel tunnel, which links the UK to France.
The stations around HS1 are St Pancras International, Stratford International, Ebbsfleet International and Ashford International. HS1 Ltd has a 30-year concession to operate and maintain the track and these stations.
The framework lists work such as retail fit-out and landlord modifications, as well as mechanical and electrical projects. Firms are also being tendered to work on highways in the areas surrounding the HS1 stations, and for site management, logistics, technology and system communication works.
Alongside construction contracts, design contracts are up for grabs. These include early-stage work towards sustainability, validation of RIBA drawings and validation surveys.
The chosen contractors will work on projects throughout their lifecycle.
The framework is set to launch in October and the deadline to apply is mid-June.
