Utility specialist Network Plus sold to private equity

The fund’s private equity arm Livingbridge sealed the deal yesterday which is rumoured to value the business at around £600m.

Headquartered in Worsley, Network Plus employ a team of more than 5,000 workers out of 85 regional offices and depots across the UK.

Originally established in 2000, originally under the trading name T&K Gallagher, the business has provided essential infrastructure maintenance, repair and installation services directly for major utility client like United Utilities, National Grid and Cadent.

Revue topped £220m last year generating a £25m profit.
